Product Terms and Conditions

  1. There are NO RETURNS with Tyca products as each item is custom molded and/or manufactured for every order. However, medical one can receive an authorization to return any defective merchandise. AUTHORIZATION MUST BE IN WRITING BEFORE RETURN CAN BE ACCEPTED.
  2. Due to the nature of stone washing, sick and the denim material itself, unhealthy slight variation in color of the finishes may occur.
  3. Due to the nature of leather, slight variations in color of the finishes may occur.
  4. Allow 5% over or under quantity on item ordered.
  5. DELIVERY: Approximately 15 working days for proof from receipt of artwork. Order shipped approximately 15 working days from date of written approval.
  6. Delivery time is based on standard order of 150 items. More than 150 items, call factory for shipping schedule.
  7. Tyca denim or leather items without embossing require 7-10 working days to ship.
  8. CHANGES MADE ON QUANTITY AND/OR SHIP DATE AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED MAY REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE CHARGE. ALL CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING.
  9. All order revisions must be approved in advance by Tyca.
  10. CANCELLATIONS: All tyca products are custon made and therefore, processed orders are not subject to cancellation.
  11. Orders from first time customers must be submitted with a new account form, a credit application, the most current financial statement and resale number.
